We visited today for the 9:20a.m. show I gotta say the entire staff was amazing and friendly. We felt very comfortable there. Very helpful, courteous. It's a real treat to be around a young staff so willing to work and be so upbeat! Thank you to all of you!!!! Hey management, give them all a raise! We will be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Odyssey was an incredible movie experience. The story was engaging from beginning to end, with breathtaking visuals, outstanding performances, and an epic sense of adventure. The action, emotional moments, and cinematography made it feel larger than life. Watching it on the big screen at Cinemark Louis Joliet Mall made it even better. Highly recommend seeing it in theaters!

The manager named Tim there is WONDERFUL! I called in a panic over an issue with my tickets. I first called fandango (after sitting on the phone in tears for 45 minutes with fandango customer service with no help.) I thought maybe calling the local theatre would get me more help , and it did! He was kind, cares about children, and very very helpful! He also recommended to always use cinemark itself to buy tickets online. ( which I will always being doing from now on.!) As a repeat customer at this Joliet location I will continue to recommend! I’ll also add my usual that the seats are comfortable, it’s always clean, and the workers are always very nice!

Called and visited this location 4/24 for the Michael Jackson movie. Called in because I haven't been to the movies in forever and once I came too late and my fav nachos weren't being sold. I called and politely asked what time they stopped selling hot food. The girl on the phone (around 8-9pm) quickly and rudely answered "I don't know" and paused and I said "um" and she goes on to finally look at the last showing and tells me. I apologized for asking immediately and thanked her so much for taking the time to look because she seemed irritated and she literally just hung up on me. We then went to the movie at 11:30pm. I went to the front desk where I always go to scan pre-purchased tickets and another girl was clocking out (probably the one on the phone) and another was speaking to her as she was leaving. We stood in line and were rudely told to go to the entrance of the theater instead. Please work on just being kind and customer service. Secondly, I've never seen portapotties dirtier than what the bathrooms looked like when I used it in the middle of the movie. I literally have never seen such a nasty bathroom in my life. Literally every stall and toilet was disgusting! Several pe

Well I finally tried DBox at the theater. I bought my ticket a head of time. I found out you can order food to be sent to your seat. Which is a cool feature. I was a little iffy about it. Since I never did it before. I worried that me going to an early am show of 9am would be a problem getting in. No problems they left a door unlock for us. We were greeted within minutes welcoming us in. I got my ticket right away and noticed the cute display of Megan drink cup. I think. I got my seat right away . Took me a while to figure out thanks to google. Super cool! Like a motion ride with heated seats that recline too. I did enjoy it. I will do these everytim now that I tried it. I wish all theatres had them.
